A small “P” next to the property name means that we are currently processing an application on that property. To view any of our homes, please call the office 850-202-8647 for access code. You will be asked to either text or email photo ID before viewing. Our credit score requirements for most properties are 625. If your credit is below 625 your application may either be accepeted or denied, based on information we find in credit report and also based on if you are willing to pay a last months rent deposit if your credit score is lower than required.

To apply, click “apply” in the upper left hand corner after selecting the property you are interested in. There is a non-refundable $60 application fee per person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the house.
