To view any of our homes, please email a picture of your photo ID to leasing.pbr@gmail.com to receive the access code. Our standard tenant requirements are that your combined household income be 3x the monthly rent or higher. Our standard credit score requirements are that at least one tenant must have a score of 625 or higher. If your credit is below 625, your application may either be accepted or denied, based on your credit report, and also based on if you are willing to pay a double security deposit, if your credit score is lower than required. Our standard security deposit is 1x the monthly rent. If you have a pet, there is a one time $250 non-refundable pet deposit per pet, along with monthly pet rent. There is a $10 monthly service charge that pays for online portal access. This service charge is required, and is not optional. Lawn care is typically the tenant’s responsibility, but lawn care services can be provided at an additional cost with your monthly rent. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.

To apply, click “apply” in the upper left hand corner after selecting the property you are interested in. There is a non-refundable $60 application fee per person. Each person that is over the age of 18 that will be residing in the house must fill out an application.
